Alarmed and Dangerous is a set of enhancements to the Alarm features of the Newton, desgined to make them more usable and noticable.

Alarmed and Dangerous adds several new buttons to notifications and alarms:

These new buttons are: an Assist button, which allows you to quickly use the assist feature on notification or alarm text; A "Forget It" button, which will prevent that notification from appearing again; and a Star button, which will iconfiy the notification/alarm.

The Snooze button also has several new selections, including an "Until" selection, which allows you to set a specific time for the alarm to return.

Alarmed and dangerous adds several new options to your alarm preferences, including new sounds, volume independant of the system volume, the option to change to duration and frequency of alarm sounds, the the ability to make certain notifications never appear or automaitcally become iconified.
