- Select: with this tool you can select multiple objects on screen. After selecting them, you can delete or align them, using the Align menu:

|
|
|
- Text: Using the Text tool, you can place text captions anywhere on the screen.
- Field: The Field tool lets you position pre-defined fields onto the page that will be filled in at the time of the fax. These include receiver's name and fax number, the number of pages in the fax, the date and time, and several others.
- Notes: If you want to add some notes to the cover page (via the "Notes" button in the fax slip), you can determine where they will be with this tool.
- Rectamgle: Draw out rectangles on the page.
- Oval: Draw out circles on the page
- Perpendicular Line: Draw out lines at 90? and 45? angles.
- Line: Draw out lines at any angle
- Open Scrapbook: Opens the Scrapbook, if it's installed. You can drag and drop images from the Scrapbook onto the cover page.
- Nudge Palette: Opens a small floating palette with four directional arrows in it:

Tapping an arrow moves the selected object(s) a certain number of pixels in the desired direction. This amount, ranging from 1 to 9, can be set via the picker at the center of the window. |

To use your newly created cover sheets, install them, and then fax an item. From the fax slip, you can select your page from the "Cover Page" popup: |
