With Order Form, you can record customer orders right from your NotePad. Order Form adds a piece of NotePad stationery to your Newton, so that when you tap on the

After creating a new Order Form, you are presented with the screen below:

Here you can fill in the customer's name and phone number, among other things. Tapping on the diamond to the left of the name will popup a list of all recently recorded clients, to make filling in the slip somewhat faster. If you wish to record more information about a client, you can tap the

button and

bring up the following screen:

After entering the client's information, you can select method of payment (cash, check, or credit card). If it's a check or credit card, you can enter the appropriate numbers in the following screens:

After the payment data has been entered, you can choose which products the client wants. An alphabetized popup list is provided (similar to the country pick list in Names.)

If you want to edit the Product List, you are presented with a list of all current products, as well as a quick way to add new ones:

After recording all sale information, you can print or fax the client a reciept, like the one below:
