Functions & Capabilities QuickFigure Pro 3.1 is a fast, full featured spreadsheet for Newton OS devices. It includes new features for use with Newton 2.1 devices, such as the MessagePad 2000 and eMate 300, and increased performance on MessagePad 120/130 devices. Features include the ability to create spreadsheets directly in the Notepad, landscape viewing, and direct cell entry. Version 3.1 also offers support for worksheet linking, passwords, and drag and drop editing. QuickFigure Pro 3.1 offers over 70 math, scientific, statistical, date, and financial functions, graphing, sorting, resizeable columns, scrolling, and a larger worksheet area of 255 columns by 9999 rows. User-defined functions are supported, as are conditional, or "If" statements, allowing you to create worksheets involving logical comparisons. A complete online help system is also provided. The QuickFigure Math Assistant allows you to use QuickFigure's powerful math capabilities directly from your Newton's Notepad. QF Exchange lets you easily transfer data to Microsoft's Excel on Mac and Windows desktops. Once installed, a QuickFigure menu item appears in Excel's menu bar facilitating easy transfers. Communications QuickFigure Pro worksheets may be faxed, electronically mailed, or printed on any printer supported by the Newton. In addition, you can beam a worksheet between two Newton devices. |
